Terms of Use - AMDREAMONLINE.COM 1. USE OF THE WEBSITE The service that AMDREAM ONLINE provides to User is subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU"). THE PARTY AFFECTED BY ANY SUCH EVENT SHALL NOTIFY THE OTHER PARTY WITHIN A MAXIMUM OF FIFTEEN (15) DAYS FROM ITS OCCURRENCE. THE PERFORMANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL THEN BE SUSPENDED FOR AS LONG AS ANY SUCH EVENT SHALL PREVENT THE AFFECTED PARTY FROM PERFORMING ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. 8. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless AMDREAM ONLINE, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of the use of AMDREAM ONLINE by you or your Account. 9. TERMINATION Either AMDREAM ONLINE or you may terminate this Agreement at any time. Without limiting the foregoing, AMDREAM ONLINE shall have the right to immediately terminate your Account in the event of any conduct by you which AMDREAM ONLINE, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach of this Agreement. 10. COPYRIGHT NOTICE AMDREAM ONLINE, its logos are trademarks of AMDREAM ONLINE Ltd. All rights reserved. All other trademarks appearing on AMDREAM ONLINE are the property of their respective owners. 11.
