• Franchisee shall be responsible for Centers’ Salaries, Marketing, Office rentals, Utilities, Telephones, Taxes, Business license and permits, Office equipment and supplies, and other expenses to operate the center.
• Sites and locations are subject for approval by American Dream Review.
• Office space must be no less than 30 square meters.
• Contract is renewable every five years.

Facts and assumptions

In the Philippines, twenty thousand took the NCLEX-RN exam in 2007. Similar number of test takers is estimated in the current year. The PRC data reveals that almost
16,000 have taken the test as of September 30, 2008. Sixty percent of them came from Luzon, and 40% from Visayas and Mindanao.

A minimum of 2 office staff: 1 Nurse Admin and 1 Admin Assistant are needed to man the office. The manager, cashier, and marketing personnel can be designated or handled by the Franchisee themselves and allocate their own salaries.

RETURN OF INVESTMENT IS 6 MONTHS. First 2 months allowance for marketing activities.
