We believe that there is great diversity in learning styles. Each individual adapts a specific learning style unique to his own. In order to meet the needs of these diverse learners, we offer three review ways of NCLEX RN/PN.

1. LEAP Program
   • The only NCLEX® Review Program that combines three unique offerings to pass the NCLEX®. This is a partnership of American Dream Review, Inc. and Makati-based Bayani Nurse Center. LEAP stands for Learn the basics, Excel in testing strategies, Accelerate critical thinking and Pass the NCLEX®.
   • LEAP review program combines (1) reviewers from Manila coming to Cebu every other weekend; (2) online Computer Adaptive Testing with diagnostic test, predictor exam and NCLEX® Simulation Testing; and (3) a personal motivation coach.
   • The program addresses two significant shortcomings of the nurse reviewee – time and motivation. LEAP is the only review center in Cebu that provides a Personal Motivation Coach for every 20 nurse reviewees to keep them focused and motivated.

2. Intensive Review with free online
   1. NCLEX RN
      • 75 days review program designed to identify the areas of strengths and weaknesses of each nurse and enhance critical thinking and test-taking strategies
      • 130 hours of live lecture with focus on major nursing concepts
      • Audio-visual presentations to enhance the assessment skills and to supplement knowledge
      • Supplemental hands-on experience through the online review to improve retention and recall ability in taking the actual NCLEX-RN exam.
   2. NCLEX PN
      • 65 days review program designed to enhance critical thinking and test-taking strategies of practical nurses.
      • Individualized nurse diagnostic exam through online
      • 120 hours of live lecture with focus on basic nursing concepts
      • With computer adaptive exams incorporated during the review program
      • Audio-visual presentations to enhance the assessment skills and to supplement knowledge
      • Supplemental hands-on experience through the online review to improve retention and recall ability in taking the actual NCLEX-PN exam.

AmDream started from a very humble beginning. January of 2000 the company started its operations with less than 10 employees. Located in the business hub of Cebu City, the main office is situated at J.Llorente St. After some months, the Training center was inaugurated catering to the needs of Filipino nurses. From then on the flame to serve and the commitment to help nurses fulfill their American dream has always been the motivation for the institute to create better services and programs. AmDream is now operating nationwide with branches all over the archipelago. With 15 fully equipped and well trained facilitators handling the different courses offered by the institute.
